European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST) Funding networking activities is an EU programme which promotes networking. To get funded several countries are required. Any group can apply. Partners can be outside the EU, but not excessively. COST Actions are 3 year work programmes which include short term scientific missions, wikis, and there is a requirement for gender balancing and young researchers (note this is not early career stage researchers, but young aged under 30). Themes are quite wide and past themes can be looked at.
